The staff are very unprofessional. The bedsheets, comforter, and most things were so dirty that it felt like they weren't changed between guests.

This hotel could provide much better service with this location if management put in the effort. The room was dirty, with lots of dust on the floor, and there were several cockroaches. Wall stickers had been removed, and we had to call to ask for slippers for the washroom. The breakfast buffet included plain khechuri, vegetables, boiled eggs, paratha, semolina halwa, moong dal, and water. They said the restaurant was open until 11 am, but when we went around 9, they said the chef was short on food and could only offer chicken roast, dal, potato bharta, dal, and laita fry. The food tasted good, but the restaurant itself seemed quite dirty. In the morning we had to wash our own plates and take our food to the breakfast buffet. With the assets this location has, they could have served guests much better.
