The restaurant was good and the food gets 7/10, but service was completely unprofessional and below standard. The swimming pool was very dirty. Only the top-floor room, called the VIP room, has a view; it also has an open rooftop attached to it with no privacy. The other rooms are very ordinary.

Service was horrible, and the rooms were average at best. I wouldn't spend my time or money here. It isn't worth it.

The restaurant and chef were the bright spots. The food was good, though a little pricey. The pool was so dirty it looked more like a pond, and I wouldn't get in. They said they cleaned it twice a day, but the water didn't look that way. Service was very poor, and they only started getting our room ready after we arrived. The hotel is isolated, which is fine if that's what you want, but Kolatoli beach is 11 km away and Royal Tulip beach is 12 km away. Don't trust the pictures on their FB Page like I did. It's one four-storey building with three rooms per floor, and the rooms are small, especially the executive deluxe ones. I'm never going back.

Rude, unprofessional treatment can really let guests down during a stay. Hotel management students are taught to respect guests before they start working in a property. Think about how it feels when someone treats you rudely. For a hotel, that kind of incident should be a red alert.
