Dining was also well done, with good food quality and presentation, and the breakfast buffet had an impressive range of local and international choices. Service stood out. The staff were courteous, attentive without hovering, and consistently professional from check-in through housekeeping. The spacious rooms were clean and tastefully designed, with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and city views. Soundproofing and room service were good, making for a quiet, relaxing stay. In the heart of Gulshan, Amari Dhaka works well for business trips and upscale leisure stays. It brings modern style and comfort together, and delivers a dependable five-star experience. The rooftop bar is great, and the location is good with a clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful, and security was there whenever you went in, which made me feel safer. One disappointing mix-up: staff said laundry for two cloths per day was free, but it wasn't. I checked with them several times, so I'm not sure why they told me that.

We went for the iftaar buffet, which wasn't very impressive, and soft drinks weren't part of the already high price. I ordered a coke zero without being told it cost One THOUSAND taka. When the bill came, I was completely shocked. I felt robbed. Never going there again.

On my second visit to Amari Dhaka, the team once again made everything smooth and comfortable, from check-in to check-out. Every staff member I dealt with was polite, helpful, and professional. Their respectful manner left a really positive impression, and it's clear they care about customer satisfaction. I appreciated the warm hospitality and look forward to going back.
