Grand Prince Hotel

The location is handy for reaching key attractions, while the hotel itself stays peaceful. There are spacious conference halls, a fitness center, and quiet places to lounge, so it can work for business or leisure. The rooms are nicely furnished and the service feels professional. I also liked the restaurant, where local dishes sit alongside international options in a polished setting. Overall, it offers comfort, attentive hospitality, and food that make it a dependable choice.

The food was excellent, and the security and hospitality were top-notch. The room, though, was filthy and the air conditioner looked like it belonged in the 1900s. We paid 5,000 BDT for it, but to me it was worth only 1,000 BDT.

The stay was reasonably priced at TK4000 and included a complimentary breakfast, and I enjoyed being there. The restaurant is good too. Cleanliness in the rooms and toilets needs work, though. Most of the staff understood English, which was a huge minus for international guests.

The food tastes good, but the management let me down. On my second visit, they had two weddings going on at lunchtime. Both times, the AC to the left of the play zone was off or not working properly, so lunch was uncomfortable. The bride and groom's seating was badly placed in a tiny room. During my first visit, I also saw waiters hide most of the food in drawers under a red tablecloth. I was disappointed because I had thought of the restaurant as a decent place.
