We had confirmed a room directly with the manager, then arrived within an hour relying on that agreement. At the property, though, we were told the room wasn’t available and pressured to pay more for another option, with no warning beforehand. The included breakfast was late and never came, so we left without eating. As a returning customer, I found the broken promises and poor management unacceptable. It felt careless, overly commercial, and unprofessional. I expected honesty and reliability, but got neither.

It’s a small but charming place, and I really liked the indoor plants. We felt at home here. The staff’s manner deserves a mention too, especially Mr. Shawon and Mr Rahul, who were very well mannered.

The food here is a big plus, it’s tasty and reasonably priced, so it never felt like we were being overcharged. Our room was clean, and the staff were so friendly and attentive, going out of their way to keep us comfortable throughout. Great value, and the people running the place made the stay awesome.
