Fantastic hotel that serves local businesses well, with friendly staff. I’d recommend better attendance at reception, though. Otherwise, a must-stay.

The staff were kind and helpful, and I really enjoyed the fresh, flavorful food. I’d gladly come back to this restaurant. Highly recommended!

We found this place by chance on our way from Strasbourg to Ghent. It’s just off the main roads, but turned out to be a great find. The room was modern and very clean, and the service was helpful. The restaurant on site is apparently popular with locals, so getting a table there would make it the whole package. Sadly, it was fully booked when we tried, so we had Italian at a great place down the road instead.

The food was the highlight for me, so I’d definitely eat at the hotel. Hostellerie De Biek has a lovely cosy feel, a great room, and really friendly staff. If you’re nearby, it’s well worth staying here.

The hotel is a beautifully converted brewery, and you can see the care that went into turning it into a hotel. We had a good stay in normal weather, with a nice room and excellent food. Dinner took a while, though: four courses over two and a half hours felt slow, even on a Tuesday. I wouldn’t stay here in hot weather, since the AC in my room wasn’t working.
