The garden felt like a peaceful little retreat. Inside, the big airy room was comfortable and spotless, and the whole place looked recently refurbished. Breakfast was superb, and the owners were super friendly.

The beds were okay, and breakfast wasn’t bad, but it was very hot in the room and the cheeses and ham looked like they’d been put out too early and weren’t very fresh. We didn’t feel at ease. On arrival, we found the parking was along the street and required a parking disc, and the B&B name wasn’t clearly shown on the building. The hosts were friendly, but their shared bathroom was unpleasant. When we first checked it, the hostess’s underwear was still on the sink. The rooms were much too warm and had lots of dust bunnies, and the extension cord by the floor lamp was extremely dirty. I also found a dead spider while using a towel.
