For a walking weekend in the Hageland, my sister, mother and I stayed at De Pluimpapaver. Our package came with a packed lunch made for us with love, and it was more than enough. Breakfast in the morning was a buffet with lots of local and organic products, while the three-course dinner was refined and super tasty. We had a beautiful, spacious room with every comfort. The owners are such sweet, friendly people, and they've created a little paradise with heart and soul. What a delightful place to stay, highly recommended.

The Hageland is ideal for hiking or cycling from this small, lovely hotel, and you should try one of the regional wines. The rooms are stylishly furnished and very clean, the breakfast is delicious and more than enough, and the three-course dinner each evening is always a feast. The host and hostess put hospitality first. You feel at home right away. We highly recommend it.
