The service was extremely poor and unfriendly. They decide for themselves what damage they say you caused, then get in touch three days after you’ve left. They kept 50% of the deposit, which feels like an easy way to make money. They won’t change their position and can’t prove it, but you still lose your money. Be very careful before booking.

Be careful booking here. After we checked out, an email said there were stains on the duvet, and they kept half our deposit. The stains were already there, but we had no way to prove that, so it was our word against theirs. It felt like a scam.
