Zora was pleasant and helpful, but our stay didn't work out. We were put in room #4 and, although we knew there was no elevator, the stairs were so steep and narrow that we couldn't get our luggage all the way up. There was barely anywhere to leave bags, either in front or at the back. The four very narrow floors made everything awkward, and cars can't drop guests off outside. The room also had dust in the corners and didn't feel fresh. We booked another hotel and left as quickly as possible. I'm surprised by the other reviews, though perhaps they were on lower floors. We asked, but weren't given any money back.

The location was nice, and the city center is an easy walk away. The waffle cafe downstairs has friendly staff, and that's where you pick up the keys. Our room had plenty of space, with a nice kitchen and living room. The staircase is very narrow, though, and the twin beds weren't comfortable. The bedding and pillows felt cheap and thin.

The old town and all its places to eat were only a four-minute walk away, and most other things were within walking distance too. We were there with our son, who is under 10, and the location was wonderful. The room was really comfortable and nice, and our hosts were friendly and very helpful. Fantastic.

I loved how large and nicely decorated the rooms were. The staff were really friendly, and the hotel is close to almost everything worth seeing in Antwerpen. One of the best places I've stayed.

I stayed for three months and had no issues. The service apartments were clean and well maintained, and when I reported something in the house that needed fixing, it was taken care of the next day. Highly recommended.
