Getting to Antwerp's center is easy, with public transport practically at the door and only 10 minutes away. The house and room are beautifully decorated, everything is so well cared for, and all the little details have been thought through. The host was very friendly, and we felt at home straight away. A wonderful place to stay, highly recommended. Thanks for your hospitality, Sander.

We had a wonderful weekend. The Bond Suite was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and no traffic noise. We got around the city easily using the bike passes. Breakfast was generous, and it was fun to share the table with other guests and swap sightseeing tips. The host also had entertaining stories about the city and guesthouse. Communication with the host was great, with very quick replies, and we could check in early. I'd definitely recommend this place, and we'd stay here again if we return to Antwerp.

We stayed three nights, and each morning there was a carefully prepared breakfast, served between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. The stairs were a nice bit of exercise, since there's no elevator. Sander was an excellent host, genuinely interested and full of great stories, and happy to help us find things to do around the city. Our suite was spacious and decorated with a stylish spy agent theme. It felt more like a whole apartment than a room, with a comfortable bed, a lovely view, charming details, a modern bathroom with a big rain shower, and even a small kitchenette. The guesthouse itself is beautiful, homely, and almost fairytale-like, with lots of travel memorabilia, books, and other thoughtful details. It was clean and very well kept, and Sander clearly has a creative mind and loves what he does. The location was ideal for us. The neighborhood is quiet and green, with a supermarket across the road, a Velo station nearby, and public transport around the corner. We could reach most places by Velo in about ten minutes, and anywhere within half an hour, though we got a little lost. Sander's B&B was easy to book too: we found it while browsing, liked the photos and reviews, got a quick answer to our questions, and booked as soon as we heard there was a room available. The train ride was smooth, and a few tram stops brought us to the guesthouse. For getting around, ask Sander about the Velo bike. The Antwerp City Pass is also handy for unlimited public transport and museum and attraction entry, or at least discounts. We had a great time and would know exactly where to stay if we return to Antwerp.
