I stayed in the Eames Room for three nights last week. It's upstairs at the top, beside the kitchen and dining area, and has a balcony. The room was quiet, very clean, and spacious, with plenty of places to put things. The large, bright shower area opens right onto the room. Vincent and Krista are relaxed and responsive, and the WiFi was fast, which matters to me. I'm a muesli and fruit person, so breakfast suited me perfectly. There's a lovely jogging path in nearby Vogelzang park, an amazing Kurdistan restaurant close by, and Belgian food at another place down the street. Tram 2 and 7 are a five minute walk away, with direct rides to Central Station and close to the centre. Some reviews mention the stairs being hard to navigate. I lived on the third floor in Amsterdam for years, so I'm used to narrow, steep stairs.
