Everything I needed for a comfortable stay was there, including a kitchen, bathroom, table and bed. The location was ideal, close to pretty much everything. The stairs are very narrow, though, so I wouldn't recommend it for elderly guests.

The place was nicely arranged and lovely. The sound insulation between rooms could use improvement.

The location was good. I had trouble getting my cash deposit back, and there was no paperwork for it.

Even in the evenings and at night, the apartment was wonderfully quiet. It's centrally located in Alkmaar, just a few minutes from the Grote Markt or Groenplaats square, and has all the comforts of home. Fully equipped and highly recommended.

It's a nice little apartment at a great price. The metro station is nearby, and the Sportpaleis is about a 10-minute trip from here.
