Breakfast was fresh, generous, and carefully prepared, and the welcome cocktail at check-in was a lovely start. Pieter and the team were warm, attentive, and genuinely happy to go the extra mile. Hotel Flora has such a distinct feel. The interior is stylish and full of details, and each room has its own atmosphere, from elegant to playful. No two are alike, which made our stay feel special. It’s clearly been put together with care, and that personal hospitality is a big part of what makes it stand out. If you like character, style, and a personal touch, I highly recommend Hotel Flora. We felt at home right away, and every detail seemed just right. A stay here made our Antwerp trip unforgettable.

The hotel itself is vibrant, chic, inspiring, and exclusive, with very tasteful decor. My girlfriend and I have returned to Flora at the same time of year for the past three years. By the end of every stay, we’re already looking forward to the next, like it’s our second Christmas. I work in hospitality, and what makes Flora special to us, beyond the great product, is its people and service. Pieter and Stephen are kind and gracious, and make you feel at home. They’re among the most distinctive hospitality professionals I’ve met, striking a great balance between warmth and professionalism. The staff were outstanding, genuinely friendly as well as polite, and we’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Antwerp. Every room has its own theme, with more attention to detail than I’ve seen anywhere so far. There’s a small garden, common area, and lobby, and every one of them is a pleasure to look at. Tucked down one of the side streets of Amsterdam, this place is a real gem and takes you straight back to the golden 20s. If Wes Anderson owned a hotel, this would be it. The website calls the look Rococo meets 1920 New York City, and I think that nails it.
