NH Collection Antwerp Centre

We had a deluxe room with a huge bed, and it was clean and modern. The hotel is only a five-minute walk from Antwerp Central Station. Staff were friendly and suggested places to visit, including Breda in the Netherlands, about 30 minutes away by train across Belgium. Highly recommend staying here.

After a run of bad Airbnb stays, I was accommodated here at the last minute in a nice room. The staff were really helpful and kind, and checked in with me after I arrived. The rooms are snug but well equipped. The bed felt a bit firm to me, which is why I gave four stars. I’d definitely recommend this place to visitors.

We came for our 25th anniversary and my birthday, and NH Collection Antwerp made our eight nights feel truly five-star plus. Every team we encountered, from reservations and the front desk to housekeeping and the bar, was professional, polite, helpful, and delivered fantastic service. Yassin at reception and Lucky deserve special thanks. I spent eight years in hotel management, and this is a very well-run property. Our eighth-floor room looked partly over the city and partly into the courtyard. It was clean, well maintained, quiet enough to feel as if we had the hotel to ourselves, and a good size with a practical layout. The wall-length window opened a little for fresh air and made the room feel even larger. We had a large TV, desk and chair, side table and chair, a very comfortable king bed that felt both firm and soft, two bedside tables, and true blackout curtains. Storage was plentiful, with soft-close cabinets and drawers with automatic lights, two full-length mirrors, a Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge, and adjustable lighting. The modern bathroom had a large shower with two heads, a big sink and vanity, a heated LED mirror, tiled floors, storage, and a toilet tucked in the far corner for privacy. With three elevators, we rarely had to wait. The location made rail travel incredibly easy. We flew into Brussels, took the train to Antwerp, and walked straight across the street from the hotel entrance to Central Station, watching out for bikes. It’s only a few minutes to the platforms, with places to get food or a drink before boarding. Being so close saves time and keeps you out of bad weather. The hotel is also a short walk from lots of restaurants, bars, shops, and attractions, including the ferris wheel, chocolate nation, the Zoo, and the illusion museum. We didn’t get to try breakfast or dinner, though other guests told us they were amazing. After a long day out, the bar was a comfortable place to unwind. We liked stopping in the lobby for lemon water and a gummy bear, and used the 24-hour self-pay mini-store for snacks, drinks, and treats almost every day. The spacious courtyard and its large trees felt like an escape from the city. Bike and umbrella rentals were handy too. We highly recommend NH Collection Antwerp and will stay again on our next visit.

I was here for work in October, and the service was fantastic. Extra coffee pods and an iron arrived in my room within minutes of calling reception. The gentleman greeting guests at breakfast was exceptionally well dressed and polite, and welcomed people by name in their own language. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel, with a seemingly endless spread of hot and cold food and everything in between. I travel often, so that says a lot. My room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable, with a coffee machine, Bluetooth speakers, USB charging sockets, and high-quality toiletries. The location is excellent too, two minutes on foot from the central station and about 20 minutes from the historic old town.
