The floor had stains all over it, and I found blood stains on the mattress. I complained at reception, but the guy said all the rooms were the same and he couldn’t help. It was too late to find another hotel, so I stayed the night. When I checked out the next morning and raised it again, he just said “ok.” Now they’re refusing to reimburse my company, claiming I never reported the problem and that they had other rooms which I didn’t want to hear about. This hotel is a scheme. Ignore the Booking pictures, they’re heavily edited, and check these ones. I had an awful experience. Most of the Booking reviews with 10 stars are fake.

Good budget hotel, and very close to Antwerpen Central Station. The staff are polite, especially receptionist Mr. Harry's.

Awful. The mattress was stained, and there was lots of hair on the blanket and pillow, along with some stains. The mattress and the floor under the bed were dirty too. You pay a lot of money for this crap. Not really worth it.

Parking only takes vehicles under 190cm tall. If you have an SUV, van, or even a roof box, good luck. No alternative was offered, so I had to find a space on the street far away from the hotel. There was no heating in the room, and I spent the night freezing under thin blankets. The area around the hotel didn’t feel safe, especially at night, and I wasn’t comfortable walking around. Definitely not ideal if you’re travelling alone or with family. For what I paid, this was completely unacceptable. I won’t return and wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s kind of good for the price and the location. The hotel is old, not very luxurious, and not that clean.
