NH Brussels Airport

Loredana at the desk rescued our night. Expedia hadn't finished our booking after a last-minute flight change brought us to Brussels, and we arrived close to midnight exhausted. She found one of the few rooms left, included breakfast for us, and got us onto a shuttle for our next flight. The room was lovely and comfortable, with a great shower. Breakfast the next morning was fresh and beautifully laid out. We were really pleased with the stay.

For a quick night before an early flight, this was a comfortable, quiet and clean place to stay. The train station is right outside, so getting into the city center or to the airport was easy. A dependable, convenient choice for a short transit stay.

I was able to get back to the hotel after my event and unwind, which made the convenient location especially useful. It's close to the airport and has a reliable shuttle. The breakfast had plenty of choice, the restaurant food was high quality, and the modern gym and sauna were excellent. The staff made the stay stand out. Mathilde Rania at the front desk helped arrange everything, and the woman at breakfast was exceptionally friendly and helpful. As someone who travels internationally often and expects a lot from hospitality, I was impressed by how professional, attentive and welcoming everyone was. Even though I was there briefly, I had the chance to rest and recharge. I'd gladly come back and recommend it to other travelers.

The hotel's modern look and amenities made a good first impression, but dinner at the restaurant changed that. Four of us, including an elderly person, were seated at a table for eight just inside the entrance. The far end was so dark there was no light or candle to see our food, so we asked either to move or have some lighting. They said no because seating was based on our tour request, though we were dining on our own. That response felt unfriendly and spoiled my impression of the hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
