The hosts, a mother, daughter, husband and son, were a real pleasure, and nothing was too much trouble. My son and I had a fabulous weekend in Belgium for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. The food was wonderful, everything was clean, and it was great value. I'd go back without a doubt. Thanks to all of you for a fabulous stay!

The staff were very kind during the F1 weekend. They adjusted to what everyone needed, opening breakfast earlier when requested and serving dinner late. :)

The food was terrible, and the room I stayed in years ago was practically uninhabitable. There was rust and wear in the shower, bed, mattress, and walls. It felt like staying in a room in a poor country, and I found it very unpleasant. I was polite at the time, but regret not filing a complaint. Reading the 2026 reviews makes me devastated that apparently nothing has changed in 11 years because people don't think to complain. There is a public consumer protection service, and this hotel should have been shut down long ago. I read one review saying the owners charge 100 a night while guests find insects in their beds. Why don't they complain? I find that very strange.
