We had a perfect room, including our own balcony, and check-in was friendly and easy. They explained everything and even booked us an evening meal since we hadn't eaten since breakfast. The restaurant was busy but calm, and the food was excellent. The location was perfect too, within walking distance of the Square and a good selection of other restaurants if you don't want to eat at the hotel. We'd definitely book again when we're in the area.

Hotel Melba was a great base for our family WW 2 driving trip through Europe. Staff kept in touch by email from the time I booked right up until we arrived, and it was handy for meeting tour guides for the area's war sites and museums. Great restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. Thank Hotel Melba!!!

The staff made us feel welcome, and the hotel is an easy walk from the town center. Breakfast was amazing, especially for something included in the stay. A really nice place to use as a base.

Breakfast had lots of fresh options, and the main square in Bastone is an easy walk away. Hotel Melba is family-run, spotless, and professionally managed, with genuinely warm service. We also enjoyed the excellent restaurant, The Melting Pot. We highly recommend staying here and think you'll be very happy with it.

We had a suite with a separate bathroom room, plus tea and coffee facilities. There was also free barista-style coffee downstairs, and breakfast was included and nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we could park for free off the road. The Central Square is just a short walk away. We loved our stay and will definitely return.
