Radisson RED Brussels

The first-day check-in had one snag: one of our three rooms hadn't been cleaned or tidied. The front of the house quickly moved us to another room and fixed it. The rooms were a good size, with beds larger than a standard hotel bed. Ours was comfortable and not too noisy, and came with a kettle, coffee machine, iron and ironing board, fridge, and other basics. The hotel is about a 25-30 minute walk from central Brussels, but it's an ideal spot if you're going to the EU Parliament.

Noemi and Polyxeni made my stay at Radisson Red Hotel Brussels feel comfortable and memorable. They were kind, attentive, and professional from the start, always smiling and bringing a positive attitude. Their dedication and efficiency showed real care for guests, and they represent the best of hospitality. They're a credit to the Radisson Red team, and I hope their work gets the recognition it deserves.

The standout for me was the staff. They were professional, genuinely friendly, and helpful whenever needed. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed, fridge, TV and safe; the bathroom was clean too, with basic toiletries. Breakfast was good, and in the evening the same space serves basic drinks as a bar. The location suited my plans in Brussels perfectly, though EU-related demonstrations can make it less convenient. The hotel opened in 2016. Thanks and greetings.

Breakfast was quite good, with a range of food, but the rest of the stay made me unsure whether Radisson will be my first choice next time. I booked the chain again because I'd had very good service before, but it felt as though spending on quality had been cut. The hotel was chilly in every area. The air conditioning was very noisy, and reception said there was no maintenance person overnight and it would only be checked the next day. With temperatures at -2 outside, I had to turn the heating off completely. We had booked a superior room, but there was no hair dryer. When I politely asked reception to bring one, I was told several times to look more carefully in the room. They eventually brought one after I asked again.
