The only thing that bothered me was having our private bathroom on a lower floor instead of in the room. It had been mentioned, though, and I just hadn’t noticed, so that was my own mistake. Everything else made us feel right at home: the two women were so friendly, dogs are very welcome, and there’s free parking right outside. We slept really well in a comfortable bed despite the busy road, and breakfast was delicious. A brisk walk gets you to Blankenberge town center. We also had a lovely meal at their Restaurant Den Oude Ambacht in the center. A wonderful B&B.

You can’t hear the busy road indoors or out in the garden. Dogs are welcome, too. It’s a spacious, attractive B&B where guests are well looked after, with an abundant breakfast and lots of tasty choices. The hostesses are full of energy and bring that West Flemish hospitality.

We slept so well, it was really peaceful, and the Wi-Fi and TV worked great. There’s a children’s pool in the garden. The people were super friendly and breakfast was excellent. Make sure to book ahead at their restaurant. Highly recommended.
