I’ve lived here for the past five years and have ALWAYS had GREAT service and a good deal for the price. The apartments are clean, have an in-built kitchen with all the equipment needed, and get regular cleaning. Friendly staff are always available to help, and there’s a 24x7 concierge service. It works well for short or long stays. It’s ideally located close to ALL amenities, with Luisa shopping area only a few minutes’ walk away.

I really enjoyed my month at AXL Flathotel. We had a two-bedroom apartment with everything needed for cooking, good Wi-Fi, and daily room cleaning. Public transport is convenient, with tram, bus, and metro nearby, as are food and shopping. Laundry is free, but it’s closed on Mondays. The receptionist gave good service, and Mr. Guy helped us settle in. It’s an ideal place for a longer stay in Brussels.

The cleaning team and the concierge were professional, and that was the only positive. The neighborhood is so noisy, with fights and disputes every day and school and high school children or students screaming. The manager is very rude, and the place is overpriced.
