B-aparthotel Montgomery

The location is good and family friendly, and the kitchenette was handy for quickly cooking something for the kid. We chose this place because we needed a separate room for the baby cot. But the rooms look better in the pictures than in person. The chairs and sofa were stained, and the furniture felt modern but quite damaged, like it needed remodeling. At 125 €/night I expected better quality.

The bathroom was clean and the location is great, but for the price the room just wasn't good enough. We were meant to sleep three adults, but got a double bed and a cot. The cot was too short for anyone to sleep comfortably. I'm 5'7 and my ankles were off the mattress. The double bed's duvet was horribly lumpy. The rest of the room was fine but not high quality. The chairs were torn, the single-seat couch was broken and tilted to one side when you sat on it, and there was no soundproofing. Aside from the bathroom and location, it wasn't very nice.

The first apartment smelled so bad I barely slept. They moved me to a second one, but it was dirty, sticky, grubby and mostly broken. I won't stay here again.

I spent 1 week here. I'd stayed at B Apart Hotels 6 years ago and had some good memories, but clearly they've let the place fall into ruin. It's become the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Professional scammers. The walls were dirty, furniture broken, staff unhelpful, and the AC didn't work in the middle of winter. There was no customer service at all. My experience means no one from my company will ever set foot here again. I hope I can convince people reading this to stay the hell out of B Aparts too.
