Really disappointing service. There was a booking mistake, which can happen, especially with a mobile app like Agoda where things aren't always clear. I was willing to fix it, even if that meant paying more, but the hotel ignored my attempts to sort it out. That lack of respect for the customer isn't acceptable in hospitality. Be careful before booking here.

We never got the email with the self check-in codes, but the emergency number was helpful and available. In the morning, while we were still asleep, a man came into our room asking for "nettoyage". That was really uncomfortable. The location was great, the price was okay, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked, it wasn't too noisy, and the parking was tight but manageable for our car.

Getting in and out by car was a headache. You need the room key to use the garage, so first we had to find street parking, then deal with the traffic again to get into the garage. At about 18:00, it took 20 minutes of crawling along at an average of 0.5km/h to find a spot. The garage itself is so narrow that it feels dangerous in a medium or large car. Check-out was just as awkward, since there's nobody at reception and you need the room key to enter the garage from the building. There is no reception at all, and guests have to send their details in advance. I wouldn't book here if you're uncomfortable emailing your credit card details and the risks that come with that. The magnetic room card also seems like a problem waiting to happen if it demagnetises when you're trying to get back in at midnight. The room was okay, but the bed didn't feel very good. With all the white surfaces, every old stain stands out. The Wi-Fi didn't work, or I couldn't find the code, which wasn't on the check-in papers or in the room. I could have asked reception, but there wasn't one. I also didn't dare use the kitchen because of the warnings that you'd be charged 150€ for touching anything. Next time I'm in Brussels for work, I'll stay somewhere else 😬

I made a reservation through Agoda, but an unclear booking interface led to a booking I hadn't intended. As soon as I noticed, I contacted both Agoda and the hotel several times to try to fix it. I was even ready to pay extra for a new reservation, since the stay hadn't happened yet. The hotel refused to cooperate or show any flexibility or goodwill. To me, they seemed focused only on profit, applying the rules strictly without regard for customer satisfaction or their reputation. I don't think that kind of treatment is acceptable in hospitality. I can't recommend the hotel, and I'd urge other travelers to be cautious. I plan to share what happened on review sites and social media so people know how the hotel treats customers.
