The rooms were a good size, but that was about the only upside. The bathtub/whirlpool kept running and wouldn't shut off, and it was nearly falling apart. The remote was in bad shape too. I had booked three apartments in the building, but they moved one to another location without telling me. Other guests we met outside were dealing with the same thing, trying to get in. I won't be back.

I arrived to find the room still dirty from the previous guests. The bed had clearly been slept in, there was no spare bedding to change it, and the duvet had no cover and was very dirty. Since it was already late, I called to ask for clean linen, but no one could bring any, so I had to sleep on the sofa. I asked them to leave bedding the next morning while I was in work meetings, but nobody contacted me or left any. I'm still waiting for someone to bring clean linen for the night, and haven't heard back. I've never had a worse stay in a B&B, Airbnb, or apartment. I can't believe they care so little about guests. I've attached photos of the bed and the dirty bedside table. Do not book under any circumstances. Dirty and unreliable.

The suite itself was amazing, and the property is great. Management was another story: another guest and I spent an hour trying to reach them for the access code. Five stars for the suite, two for management.

I tried to cancel back in March when the world shut down, but they didn't reply until after check-in time. They offered neither a voucher nor a refund. I won't consider this company again when I stay in Brussels.
