The bed was very, very comfortable, and I liked the cozy living room and small balcony. The apartment also had plenty of useful things, including a stove and fridge. For what we paid, it was fine, but the hygiene and cleanliness need to be better. There was a lot of dust under the bed, and we noticed what looked like mold around the water tap outlet holes, which was unpleasant.

The loft apartment was cozy, with a small kitchen, and my kids loved sleeping in the loft bed. My husband and I used the sofa bed. It was a nice location with lots of sights nearby, and public transport was a five-minute walk away. For a little extra, we could park our mid-sized truck in the private garage. The office staff and housekeeping were very courteous.

The early check-in and kindness of the staff member made a good first impression, and at first glance the place looked really nice. The location was reasonable. But the stairs are very steep, so you have to be careful going down, and the dishes were disgustingly dirty until we cleaned them ourselves. The room got ridiculously hot, especially with the bed raised up high. The shower was average at best, and the bathroom generally smelled moldy and disgusting. The decor looked slapped together, with no real thought put into it. That’s the only reason I’m giving it two stars.

The location is amazing and the area felt safe. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen had a sink, small fridge, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, and stove. The decor was nice, but space was limited. The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable, and the toilet wasn’t very clean. The balcony shown in the photos wasn’t available. Getting up the stairs to the upper bedroom wasn’t easy, and the floor up there made noise when you walked.

The front desk staff member was always really nice and attentive. The place was clean and close to the city centre. The desk is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.; if you arrive early, before check-in, you can still leave your luggage there safely and come back later after walking around the city. Highly recommended!
