We enjoyed Brussels, but the management here was terrible. The person who handed us the keys said we could park in front of the apartment without a problem. That wasn’t true, and we got a 25 Euro parking ticket because of the bad information. Management responded quickly but didn’t take responsibility for what their employee had told us, or deal with the situation. I’ve travelled widely and stayed in many places, and I’ve never seen management refuse responsibility for a mistake like this.

A good setup for six friends: two double bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and oven, plus one bathroom. It’s a great location, about a 10-minute walk to the city centre. There’s no elevator, and the unexpected 200€ deposit was the only negative.

It was adequate for the price, right in central Brussels over the Easter holiday.

A very disappointing experience. Communication was poor, partly because they had limited English. They changed our apartment without telling us, and the replacement was nowhere near the centre. It was dirty, the air conditioning didn’t work, and the towels and sheets were stained and had hair on them. There weren’t enough kitchen utensils or dishes, and there was no hairdryer despite the website saying there would be one. The staff were rude and handled our requests badly. We paid the deposit in cash so we could get it back in cash, but at checkout they wanted to switch to a card refund even though they didn’t have our card details.
