4/10
The room had a noticeable smell of stagnant or old water, and its condition fell short of what I expected. The neighborhood wasn’t especially nice either, and a sign at the hotel apologizing for the neighbors didn’t inspire confidence. I ended up with two bookings because the booking website wasn’t properly designed for mobile. When I explained this at the front desk, they didn’t help or show any flexibility. They offered to let me use one room while still charging me for both, which felt unreasonable and unfriendly. Between the poor service, the way they handled the website issue, and the below-average room, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

For a longer Brussels stay, the hotel may be a bit far from the main square, around 20 minutes away. But if you need somewhere to sleep near Brussels Midi, it’s by far the best option. I arrived at Brussels Midi at 23:00 and had to leave for Charleroi Airport at 4:00am, and the friendly receptionist arranged everything and handed over the key quickly. I like a firm bed and loved this one. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is amazing.

Really clean, comfortable rooms, and the room service was always available to bring or change towels. It was quiet and easy to get in 😊😊😊

Beautiful rooms, a delicious breakfast, and very handy for the train station.

The conditions were unacceptable, with no heating. The page said parking was available, but when I arrived, an employee told me there was none.
