The towels looked dirty and apparently hadn't been washed, and there weren't even hangers or a fridge in the room. We also had no slippers, toilet cleaner, or hand soap. The bathroom and toilet were set up in little cabins with open roofs inside the small room, which felt really unpleasant. Bath water escaped under the cabin and ran onto the parquet, leaving a strong damp smell. We had a bad stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

The room got really hot, with no fan, and there was never anyone at reception when we needed something. At night people kept talking in the corridor too.

The room was the last straw: the lights were crooked, the toilet door was barely hanging on, the bowl was dirty, and there was no extra lock. We felt unsafe, like someone could break in easily, so we left as soon as we could. We found Yadoya hotel, which cost a little more but was much cleaner and safer, with exceptional staff. Finding this hotel was hard. It sits between two restaurants, down a very narrow corridor, with a tiny reception. There was an unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in, and the carpet, originally red, was so dirty it looked much darker. The corridors smelled of cigarettes despite no-smoking signs, which made the place feel uncomfortable and unprofessional. Our room was deep inside, between the two shop areas, and the whole layout seemed badly organized. The receptionist seemed basic but okay. He took photos of our passports with his personal phone, which felt very strange. It took us 15 minutes to find the card reader for the electricity. It was ripped out and broken, and only worked if we held the card at a particular angle. I wouldn't recommend this place and won't return.

I never actually spoke with any staff during my six days there, though reception was apparently open at certain times. The bathroom setup was a stretch for a private bathroom: the toilet was in one wardrobe, the shower in the next, and the sink by the door. Still, it worked for me. The room was modern, clean, quiet, and a decent size. I'd happily stay again.
