De Mot B&B

Everything was very clean and well maintained, and they make up your bed for you. The room was nicely furnished, with a good bed, a complete bathroom, a kettle, coffee and tea, and even an iron. The desk is on the small side, just big enough for a laptop. I didn't try breakfast, but it's available for 15 eur in the same building. You're in the European district, so you can see European employees coming and going from work. There are also nice squares, parks and museums around. Communication by email was very friendly. Recommended!

I was really happy with my stay at De Mot B&B. The room was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable, the location was great, and breakfast was nice too. I also appreciated the room amenities, including an iron and ironing board. I highly recommend it.

For the price and style, the location, cleanliness and decor were all better than I expected. It was a cozy room with everything a traveler needs, and a little extra. I have only good things to say and would highly recommend it to business travelers.

For late arrivals, it would really help to have a vending machine in the corridor with sandwiches and snacks, perhaps a coffee and tea machine too. After 9pm, everything closes and there is nothing to eat, so bring food if you're arriving then. The room does have tea bags, coffee and a kettle, but the cable is too short and tethered to the table, making it awkward to use. The walls are also thin, so you can hear practically everything from other rooms, though I guess that's common in hotels. Otherwise the place is great: very clean, comfortable, easy to access, and ideally located near the European institutions. Paloma is always helpful with everything. I especially liked the small ironing board and iron, a real help when you want to look your best the next day. Totally recommendable, and I'd definitely return if I needed a hotel.
