Flat Moliere

We found the flat stress-free to stay in, with everything working perfectly, and the communication was excellent. It’s a good base for a Brussels city break, with the tram line just a five-minute walk away for getting to the main stations and centre. The area feels very safe, with family-friendly bars, restaurants and bakeries nearby. We especially liked the calm evening walks, and the location is still very well connected to the city. ❤️👌

The location worked really well for me as a solo traveller. I felt safe coming back around 10-11 at night, and it was quiet and peaceful. Trams and buses connect the area well, with the main stations only 3/4 stops away by tram. David was very responsive. The Agoda messaging platform gave us trouble at first, but he suggested switching to Whatsapp and communication went smoothly after that. He checked in about my stay and was flexible about vacuum use and keeping my luggage briefly after checkout. Everyone I dealt with was great, from the older gentleman who helped with check-in to the cleaners handling checkouts. The room matched the pictures, was spacious and clean, and had what I needed for a week. There were detergent, dishwashers, a microwave, a fan for summer, cooking utensils and ironing equipment, plus a desk for working. The bed was very comfortable, though I’d have liked a fluffier pillow. I had a great stay and would come back to Brussels.

The apartment was well equipped and excellent, and the neighbourhood is lovely. Communication with the owner was excellent too. Highly recommended.

David, the host, was helpful and quick to respond to questions and requests. The flat was clean, well equipped and good value, in a lovely spot near tram stops. I’d definitely stay again in Brussels.
