Frederiksborg

The concierge was particularly helpful and gave me great suggestions for local restaurants and attractions. From check-in onward, the staff greeted me warmly and were attentive. They responded to every request promptly and graciously. The staff are an absolute standout.

Daniel was especially friendly and accommodating, and the staff overall were extremely nice. The room was small but enough for us, with a small private bathroom, a comfortable bed and an adequate desk. We stayed on the street side and I couldn't hear traffic. I'd stay again and recommend it to friends.

I booked a two-night stay, but when I arrived the hotel was closed. I rang the bell for several minutes with no answer. Eventually someone came over and told me the hotel had gone bankrupt and shut down.

The room was a bit small, but the window looked out over the park and church. Staff were nice and helped with suggestions for places to visit. Breakfast had breads, cold cuts, juice and fruit, enough to get the day started, and there was a hotel bar downstairs. The Wi-Fi was patchy, with no service in the rooms.
