By UK standards, it’s a quirky bed and breakfast. We had the smaller of the two bedrooms, with a modern, well-equipped shower and toilet room off the bedroom. Breakfast was a fine continental spread. Shops, cafes, and restaurants are handy, and buses and trams make it easy to get to central Brussels.

It had a really home-like feel, and the host was very nice. If you’re after a good night’s sleep and a nice breakfast, this could suit you. I might come back in summer, as I’m pretty sure it’ll be even better then.

It’s a pleasant B&B with a family atmosphere, a large room, and a private bathroom. Breakfast was great, and the owners were friendly. The bus stop is about 200 metres away, with a direct ride to the city center taking around 25 minutes. Sadly, it isn’t wheelchair accessible.
