There are lots of cafés and restaurants in this lovely neighborhood, and public transport connections are excellent. Good value for the money.

Although the room faced the street and was on the ground floor, it stayed quiet. It was spotless, with a good coffee machine, fridge, kettle, and dishes. The sink is handy for washing dishes, and the toilet and shower were great. The neighborhood is okay, though fairly unremarkable. Cosi Com'e, a very good pizzeria, is nearby in the former Altitude location. Getting to central Brussels takes a bit of time.

Public transport is conveniently close, but the area is noisy late into the night and didn't feel very safe to me. The room has just the basics, and the bathroom seems fairly new. Some spots weren't cleaned well, including hair left in the shower. The roller blind lets in quite a lot of light around the sides. Breakfast at a B&B costs 8 euros per person, which seems odd, and parking is fairly expensive at 9 euros a day.

The welcome was attentive, and the neighborhood was very quiet. My little room was cleverly arranged, with a fridge, Nespresso machine, Netflix, Wi-Fi, and excellent bedding. Street parking was available at a very reasonable price. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the center, and public transport is a five-minute walk away. Great value, and just right for a short stay. I visited in July.
