The room was thoughtfully laid out, clean, and comfortable, with what I needed for a relaxing visit. Staff were friendly and professional, and were always glad to help with directions or recommendations. The hotel has a warm, stylish feel and made me welcome right away. It’s easy to get around from here and close to key attractions. Great value for the quality and experience. I’d happily return.

The room was a good size, and mine was quiet, looking out over the open space above the atrium. There was coffee available all day, plus fruit, pains au chocolat, and croissants in the afternoon, which was a nice touch. The hotel is on a small side street near Porte Namur and not far from Boniface, where there are lots of bars and cafés. In the evenings, people who use drugs frequent the street. I didn’t encounter any offensive behaviour, but it could bother some guests. That’s also part of life in a big city.

The receptionists were so kind and helpful, and the free tea, coffee, and snack bar was great. We had a nice stay at HappyCulture, with a convenient location for taking the metro to the train station and other places around the city. Our room was clean but cold. It had AC, though it took a while to warm up.

The staff were so friendly, and the hotel was very affordable. It’s ideally placed between the city and the airport, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. I’d recommend staying here without hesitation.

Helpful staff before and throughout our stay, and free coffee and water at reception. Sometimes there are breakfast croissants there too. The hotel was clean, well located, and great value for money.
