I arrived at 19:30 to find the room dirty and not cleaned at all. Staff told me to wait for a cleaner, even though I had a 06:20 flight. They refused to refund me and acted completely irresponsibly and unprofessionally. Filthy room, no refund, no responsibility. The worst hotel experience I’ve had. Avoid it.

The rooms were warm and clean, and both the hotel and staff were really nice. Whenever we needed something, they helped us. The location was nice too.

The metro station right outside and the views of the Atomium made the location really convenient. The staff were lovely, and the room was cleaned spotless every day. I stayed three nights, and it was a great place to sleep and rest while travelling.

We were two girls, and the place felt safe and welcoming. The hotel is close to the stations without being too noisy. The staff were nice and ready to help with anything, and our room was warm and clean.

We could hear the other guests doing everything through the walls, even things that should stay between consenting adults. The soundproofing was terrible. The balcony door didn’t lock, and anyone could climb the fire escape. The bathroom was freezing cold, and the flimsy shower curtain let water onto the floor. The sink was tiny, with a big shelf above it that I bumped my head on every morning. You need a private key for your room, but have to be buzzed in to get into the hotel. There were some good parts: the location was great, the beds sturdy, and the night view lovely. We went in winter, and the room was warm, with adjustable heat. There’s a metro station right by the entrance.
