The rooms were spacious and clean, and the furnishings had some nice, original touches. The bathroom was roomy too. Manager Lester was friendly and gave us plenty of tips about places to see and eat. A really nice place.

We stayed in the huge, comfortable "Remington" room, with its very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and beautiful open shower. The black-and-white photos and all the quirky objects made it feel special, from Tintin's rocket and manual camera to the rocking chair and the old school locker tastefully repainted black. The typewriter may be where the room gets its name. The two-level property has a distinctive chic vintage feel, with care put into the details. House Ninety Guesthouse also has a really convenient location, with public transport right below that takes you to the center and main stations, handy if you're visiting other Belgian cities. We were there from the 9th to the 12th, and Lester made check-in lovely. He's kind and so helpful, with lots of good suggestions for what to do and see. Breakfast was simple but welcoming, and one of the best parts of the day. Talking with Lester over his divinely made Americano made us feel at home. I'd go back in a heartbeat.
