The hotel was easy to get to by public transport, and you can also walk to the nearby shopping street and Brussels city centre. Our room was clean, and we slept fine despite some traffic noise from the street-facing windows. The only room issue was the hair conditioner, though they said new products were coming soon. Service was excellent throughout. Breakfast had some nice specialities, and the breakfast room was calm.

The colourful, artsy decor gives the hotel plenty of character, and we had a great stay from beginning to end. Breakfast was superb, with tasty choices for different preferences. The Prosecco option was a fun way to start a holiday morning. My friend and I arrived early from London before heading to Bruges, and the hotel let us leave our luggage so we could explore without hassle. After a full day walking around, the comfortable beds were just what we needed for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated the sustainable idea of offering a free drink if you skip room cleaning. For a three-day stay, daily cleaning really isn’t necessary. The hotel is right by Botanique station and close to Brussels’ main sights, so getting around is easy. I’d definitely stay again and look into other nhow branches in other cities. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Brussels!

We stayed one night as a group of five, and the staff were outstanding, always ready to help. The rooms were clean and had a trendy theme that we all liked. We loved our stay, will be back, and will recommend the place to friends and family. Thanks so much!

Breakfast was fantastic, with a tasty spread and lots to choose from. The rooms were tidy, very clean, and comfortable, and the staff were really friendly. Best of all, it was so quiet that I couldn’t hear other rooms or the hallways. The air-conditioning could be stronger. I found the artsy look interesting, though it’s not really my style. I’d definitely come back if I get the chance.
