B&B HOME Brussels East Woluwe

We were really impressed by how easy it was to get around. There's a bus stop very close by, with easy rides into the city center. The staff were also so helpful and welcoming, always smiling and accommodating what we needed. They even arranged an early check-in a few hours ahead of schedule. We stayed here for our Brussels holiday, and it was amazing.

I'm very disappointed. I booked a room before Christmas for April, and it was canceled without explanation. They don't answer the phone, and Booking hasn't said why or offered an alternative at the same price. The new hotel I booked costs twice as much. I live 100 km away and was traveling with my daughter, who had to sit her A levels the next morning very early. I booked the room so we could arrive on time without worrying about traffic. I think the hotel could offer compensation or a good deal at another nearby hotel.

Six weeks after I made my reservation, the hotel canceled it without telling me beforehand. The lack of communication was very disappointing, and I had to scramble to find somewhere else at a similar rate. By then prices had doubled. Canceling a guest's booking without informing them is unacceptable. I'd advise others to check their reservations carefully and think about whether they can rely on this hotel.

The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and there was a coffee machine for a nice cup of coffee. The bathroom was spacious and well supplied with towels and shower gel. The bedroom layout was fine overall, though there weren't many outlets near the bed or elsewhere in the room. That was a little disappointing, but it didn't spoil my stay.
