The online photos had nothing to do with what we found: mold everywhere, dirt and a strong stink. There was hair and dirt on the bed too. When we reported the smell and mold, the property managers said they knew about the issue and were working on it. In reality, the place needed major renovation. We told the managers right away it was disgusting and that we weren't staying. Even after we provided all the evidence, we got no refund. Don't make my mistake. Stay away!

The apartment had nice decor and comfortable beds, and the team at the central office were great. It's in a really good location. There are three flights of stairs, which was tough, but the listing did say there was no lift. It needs quite a bit of maintenance, as you can see in the pictures.

The room was very nice and had plenty of space for five people. The notes said the head office was a five-minute walk away, but it was more like twenty minutes. That could be a problem if you want to leave your suitcases there after checking out.

The flat's interior and furnishings were top notch, with one large bedroom and another very compact one. There's a large bathroom but a very tight toilet. The apartment is on the second floor, and the stairs are so narrow that carrying a baby cart was difficult. There are no locks on the bedroom or bathroom doors, which didn't feel very child friendly.

The flat was dirty and didn't feel safe. There was no bathroom light, and the dishwasher wasn't working. The location was the only good thing. Customer service was awful, the people were horrible to deal with, and they never answered calls. There was nobody to help with a major problem at the property. Not recommended at all. Never again!
