The bed was comfortable and the apartment well equipped, with a very good location. I took off a star for the very worn utilities, water coming from somewhere under the bathtub, and a kitchen sink that was full of mist. I took off another because nobody answered the phone when I couldn't open the building door, even with the correct PIN. Eventually an automatic chat reply told us to push hard, and then it opened. It's OK.

I can't judge the venue itself, but I'm astonished by how unprofessional the response was. COVID restrictions cancelled my family's trip, so I tried to ask about a refund or rescheduling their stay. I called many times, sent several emails, and tried WhatsApp, but got no answer at all. I understand the establishment may have been struggling during the pandemic, but after nearly two months of trying, they could at least have sent one reply. It's basic manners.

The room was really nice and well located. The only issue was the main door: it was so stiff that it took a good hard push to open.

After I paid, I learned that a credit card was required. Luckily, I had one. Getting an earlier check-in would have cost quite a lot, and 4pm is very late. The apartment was large and bright, and cleanliness was okay. It was on a staircase with another apartment. The living room could use more light, and the kitchen had no microwave. Still, I’d return.
