The staff were so warm and welcoming, and breakfast is well worth recommending. Our room did feel a little stuffy, probably because the heating was set too high. The doors also slam loudly.

We had a wonderful stay, with grand rooms and a lovely setting for sitting indoors or outside in the sun. Breakfast was luxurious, and Jacqueline was super friendly :)

We were already on our way to stay here when I called with a couple of questions about the baby cot and spa. The staff member rushed me and hung up, then told me to book through Booking.com, even though the hotel has its own website. Why should the hotel pay Booking.com commission? I chose another hotel instead. Very poor customer service.

The hotel is original and unique, and breakfast was very good. Our room had everything we needed, though it could have been maintained better. Special thanks to the breakfast lady working there on 24/02/2025. She was very kind :)

I was here on a business trip. It's a good hotel in a historic building, an old prison.
