The night staff deserve a special mention. They were kind, welcoming, and attentive, and made me feel safe and looked after at all hours. The rest of the team were friendly and professional too. My room was quiet and comfortable, with a cozy bed and everything I needed, and everything felt clean and fresh. The hotel is modern and well maintained, in a handy spot close to public transport, shops, restaurants, and pretty much everything. Great value for money. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I especially want to thank Mr. Djilali. He was attentive, kind, and clearly dedicated to making our stay perfect. His professionalism and positive attitude made a real difference. We stayed in the bunk bed family room with my Mum and 7 year old son, and it worked perfectly for us. Breakfast was included and excellent, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It’s a simple hotel in a central spot. My only small suggestion would be to add some lighter weights in the gym. I’d definitely recommend it and stay again when I’m in Brussels.

The free coffee and tea bar on every floor was a highlight. There’s no mini fridge or coffee and tea maker in the bedrooms, but you can use the communal fridge by the coffee bar. I didn’t realize how much I’d appreciate that setup. It helped me wake up before heading out to explore. There’s also a 5 Euro credit each day you decline room service, which can be spent on drinks or snacks at the bar. The hotel has an exercise room, movie room, and a chill room with games. The decor gives the place a bit of a hostel feel, though there were plenty of families and kids around, and I felt extremely safe. Staff were super friendly and spoke English. Check-in and checkout were easy. My room was big and nice, with a chair, table, TV, and the usual bathroom things. I didn’t try breakfast because it was a little beyond my budget. I was initially worried because I hadn’t received an email confirmation, but I confirmed the trip through my website account and called using Google Voice to double check. The hotel is a short four-minute walk from the tram and buses, with an Aldi and Carrefour Express nearby. It wasn’t right in the middle of everything, but a quick tram ride got us where we needed to go. We visited the EU Parliament, several churches, Gate, Museum, Grand Place, Brugges, and more. I would’ve liked to know about the painting work happening during our stay. Apart from that and the lack of a mini fridge in the room, it was perfect. Thank you!
