We were there for two nights with a hiking group. It was cozy and very clean, and the hot water came in handy. Heavy rain soaked my shoes on the first day, but the hotel staff helped me get them completely dry. Everyone was generous and kind. I hope things keep going well, and I look forward to seeing you again on my next hiking trip.

The food was a highlight: the best cheese and Ardennes-style croquettes I've had in years. The High Fens are just six kilometers away by the Kalterherberg road. This small family-run hotel gave us a warm welcome, and our room was clean and comfortable. The cleanliness brought Switzerland to mind. Highly recommended, and I'll be back.

Our car broke down, and the people here welcomed us so warmly. They gave us a very good bed, a spacious bathroom, and a spotless room. We hadn't expected breakfast since we thought we'd only stay the night, but they served us an excellent one too. A big thank you to these lovely people!
