B&B HOTEL Gent Centrum

Our family room was spacious, spotless, and very quiet, even though there were just two of us. There aren't tea or coffee facilities or bottled water in the room, unlike in Antwerp, but you can get free tea and coffee and refill water bottles in the foyer. We put up the “don't service my room” sign and received a 5 euro voucher, enough for two packets of crisps when we left. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room worked well for us, with plenty of space to move around in the access room. Getting around Ghent was easy too, with quick tram access and many tourist spots nearby. Breakfast was consistently lovely, with the bread rolls a particular highlight and plenty of choice. The hotel was clean and presentable whenever we came through the lobby, and the staff were efficient, resourceful, and extremely helpful. We appreciated how they cared about the environment and encouraged guests to make eco-friendly choices, even rewarding them. We loved our stay and only wish it had been longer.

The front desk staff were really friendly, and it was easy to walk to everything we wanted to see. We also enjoyed the hot tea and coffee in the lobby. The TV didn't work, even after staff tried to fix it, and the air wasn't working properly either. The room felt a bit warm, and following the instructions didn't bring the temperature down.

It was easy to explore Ghent on foot from this great location. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, and the atmosphere throughout felt welcoming and relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!
