Boskapelhoeve Charming Hotel

The open fields around the property make for such a peaceful stay, and the welcome feels warm from arrival right through checkout. I come back every year and can’t wait for the next visit. The rooms are fresh and clean, with everything you need, and the beds are super comfy. Breakfast is a big part of why I return: everything is fresh and tasty, from the pastries, breads, cheeses and cold meats you can choose yourself to the hot dishes made to order. The muesli and yoghurt bowls are simply the best.

It was so quiet, with a beautiful deciduous forest all around, and the rooms were nice with the toilet in a separate room. The owners were incredibly hospitable, and breakfast was excellent. They ask what you want brought to your table to help avoid food waste. I stayed here while visiting Bosteels Brewery. Thanks to Joris and his wife.

Our favourite part is getting together for Sunday breakfast, with the tasty buffet, hot food made to order, and the best pancakes. Thank you for always making us feel so welcome. Each year, Boskapelhoeve hosts my friends for an incredible Tomorrowland weekend, and they come back talking about the best nights of sleep and looking forward to breakfast. The comfortable rooms are a perfect retreat when they come home. You welcome them and us with such open arms. See you soon.

Breakfast is worth lingering over: eggs and bacon are made to order, and the buffet is refreshed from the kitchen so everything stays fresh. Don’t miss the local yoghurt with granola and berries. Yum! The family welcomes us back with open arms each year for Tomorrowland, and this spotless family run hotel gives us a calm haven for the trip. It sits in beautiful gardens and is ideally located. The rooms are spacious with amenities in abundance. Relaxing on the terrace while a deer looks over from the forest is just amazing. If you’re in the Buggenhout region, this little hidden gem is a must.
