The staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent, abundant, and international. The restaurant and bar are well stocked too. It’s a clean, spacious hotel room with plenty of welcome amenities and a comfortable, clean bathroom. The hotel is 5 km from the airport, which worked well for meetings or business travel. I’d gladly return for work.

In room number 006, I found hair in the bathtub, on the bed cover, and on the floor. That was disappointing and surprising for a hotel rated 4 stars, and I haven’t had this happen before in a hotel of this standard. I wanted to make you aware, since hygiene is essential to guests’ comfort and satisfaction.

The hotel looks nice, and breakfast is beautiful. The beds were uncomfortable, though, and the room cleaning wasn’t adequate. When water, coffee, soap, and other things ran out, they weren’t replenished.

The hotel itself is very nice, but our bedroom smelled terribly of smoke. We had an early flight, and there was no airport shuttle bus, so we had to pay 25 euros per person for a taxi.

The rooms are good and modern, but the “Airport Hotel” name is misleading. You need a taxi to reach the hotel and another to get to the airport. The hotel calls its service a “shuttle,” but it’s a taxi and costs 25€ per person. Three of us shared one taxi and paid €25 each, so that was €75 for a 10-minute ride. Add €50 to the room rate.
