The room was tidy and clean, but there wasn’t much technology, for example, no smart TV. At checkout, we were told we’d be charged 10 euros just to heat two lasagnas. Bruges is about 15km away, and an Uber or taxi costs 45-60€ to get there.

Rudy and Lesley gave us a lovely welcome. Their hotel worked perfectly for what we needed, and it’s well placed for exploring the area by bike. Breakfast was really good, with plenty to fuel a day of cycling.

We arrived around 8 pm, so we missed the lovely scenery that night, but it looked really nice in the morning. Our room was clean and cozy, and the location is quiet and surrounded by nature. The owner was easy to talk to. They left our room key at reception and messaged us directions to the room. I’d recommend this beautiful hotel. 🍃🍁🍂💛

Breakfast was wonderful, and the rooms felt roomy and comfortable. It was easy to park right outside, with plenty of space. A nice, cosy hotel near Knokke-Heist, well placed for visiting Knokke or Damme.

We hadn't tried the food, but the coffee was delicious and the owners were so friendly. We live in Sluis and somehow had never stopped in before. At €2.80 a coffee, where else do you find that? We'll be back for sure.
