I had to spend a lot of time trying to sort this out with management, but got nowhere. I booked with payment due on arrival, yet they charged my card right after the booking and took €60 too much without explaining why. They then said they hadn't received the money and refused to refund it after I cancelled within the free cancellation period, even though they confirmed the error by email. In the end, only a bank dispute and chargeback got my money back. It was a very stressful and unprofessional experience. There are much more honest places to stay in the city.

The staff were professional, polite, and always ready to give residents great service. Brian and Bram at réception deserve a special mention, as do Ben at the bar and the helpful, polite breakfast room staff. My husband and I have just come back from our fourth day at this beautiful hotel, where we've stayed several times. The service, rooms, and breakfast have always been excellent, and the buffet breakfast is incredible. It's about ten minutes to the beach and Dunes, pure bliss. Congratulations to the management for maintaining such a high-quality hotel. I can't recommend it enough.

We had a great two-day work seminar here. The staff were always helpful and willing to handle our needs and last-minute requests. The hotel itself is chic, beautiful, and clean, with very comfortable rooms. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh fruit, bread, eggs, and more. Dinner was very good too, with a three-course meal, fresh seafood and meat options. I'd definitely recommend it for business or a holiday.

For the price, it was a waste of money, and I don't think this place deserves four stars. There was no parking or air conditioning, even though temperatures were above 30 degrees. My room was unbearably hot, so I couldn't sleep, and the restaurant was too hot for me to eat in. The shower was tiny and didn't work properly. The toilet wasn't clean, and the carpets were dirty.
