The night receptionists working on 28/10 and the following night were exceptionally polite and professional. Apart from them, the stay was only satisfactory, and I wouldn’t return unless things improve. My room was dirty when I arrived, with previous guests’ trash still in the bin, and it was never cleaned during my stay. I had to ask for extra towels, and the ones I received were dirty. For the price, I expected a much higher standard. Rooms need proper cleaning and inspection before guests arrive, and housekeeping needs to improve immediately. The poor hygiene and lack of attention to guest comfort are unacceptable.

Breakfast was fresh and had a good range, and the bedding was comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well kept, with little touches that made it feel like guests’ comfort matters. It was quiet at night, so I slept well. I had a really relaxing stay and would gladly come back.

A handy place to stop just outside Luxembourg, with only a short trip into the centre. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and service was great in both hotels. It also makes a good mid-way break for the Nürburgring or the Black Forest. Everyone was happy!

Easy to hook up, and good value for money. If you’re driving through from the U.K. and need a night’s stop, this budget hotel has clean rooms that were just what we needed.

The location was very close to the motorway, which saved us time. But with two cot beds in the room, there was barely any space to move around.
